Chiriqui Chatter was up when I got up, but I just checked it at 8:30 AM and it was not responding. I have submitted a trouble ticket.
UPDATE:It is 8:52 and the site appears to be back up.
UPDATE: 9:00 The site still has problems. It appears that the webhost has set their clock wrong and posts have disappeared.
UPDATE: 9:30 The webhost has set their clock to UTC and everything is back up.
